Deadline 10.05.2025
Our super lovely HR team at Helmes is looking for a new teammate — a recruitment talent who enjoys working with people, is curious about IT, and wants to dive into the behind-the-scenes of hiring.
We’re not necessarily looking for someone with prior IT recruitment experience (really!), but we are looking for someone who is full of initiative and positivity, eager to learn and grow, and genuinely interested in the IT field.
We look for someone who is
- Full of initiative and positivity (there’s a lot to do, and initiative is like salt and pepper in this role)
- Eager to learn and grow (IT moves fast, and self-learning is essential)
- Genuinely interested in IT (curiosity is key for playing the long game)
- A team player who works independently (we do a lot together, but everyone owns their projects)
- An excellent communicator (there are many different personalities to connect with)
- Quick-thinking and adaptable (what’s true today may not be tomorrow)
- Able to make independent decisions (recruitment is full of both big and small calls, and you’ll often be the one making them)
- Helpful and caring (while keeping healthy boundaries)
- Analytical and strategic (recruitment takes both heart and brain)
- Structured and consistent (you’ll be juggling lots of moving pieces)
- Fluent in both English and Estonian, confident in speaking and writing
- Simply feels like one of us – because our team is genuinely like a second family or close-knit group of friends who don’t need to be reminded why they come to work ❤︎
Great benefit if you
- Have 1+ year of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
- Enjoy working from the office – we all love the vibe and usually spend at least 3 days a week together there
Why will you love it here?
- Comfy office in the headquarters of Helmes in Tallinn
- Autonomy, trustful and entrepreneurial culture
- Highly engaged and ambitious colleagues around you
- A lean organization and the possibility to work closely with decision-makers
- Interesting challenges and career advancement opportunities as we build and grow the group together
- Training and self-development opportunities, the possibility to put into practice the latest findings of the research in our domain
- An environment that really cares for people’s well-being and hospitality
- Good work-life balance and flexible working arrangements
- Fun team trainings, hikes, and other events, as well as spectacular activities across Helmes, e.g., Helmes Summer Days, New Year Gala
